Andrew did not disappoint. Andrew was able to arrange showings in a very timely manner, usually same-day - always accommodating our whims. Andrew was always available to answer our (many) questions and worked in close contact with our mortgage processor to ensure seamless and real-time updates. We submitted multiple repair requests as part of our offer and Andrew was able to successfully negotiate every single item, saving us thousands of $$$. After closing, we had an issue with our seller taking trees out of the yard upon move-out (which were understood to be included in the home sale). Andrew immediately contacted the listing agent and remedied the issue in two weeks. Andrew literally came to our house and REPLANTED the missing trees. Andrew is an excellent realtor. He truly went above and beyond to make a deal for us and get us in the home we wanted. This is not an easy task when there are 18+ plus offers on a house. Andrew's best skill is communication. Every call and text was answered immediately. If Andrew didn't have an immediate answer for us he typically got back to us the same day. We didn't look at too many houses however, every house we did visit, he was always prepared and knowledgeable on the home. Additionally, Andrew was also able to refer us to a mortgage broker/lender who got us an extremely low interest rate and saved us tens of thousands of dollars in interest. Another example of his great qualities is his kindness, we had to fly out for a funeral right after purchasing our home and we didn't know our neighbors yet. Jessi has been an outstanding agent from beginning to end. We started looking for properties several months ago. Due to a series of problems at this end, we stopped a REAL search, just looked at the listings. We got serious once again about 2 months ago. Since then, Jess has doggedly assisted me in my search until we found THE house. We had the house inspected and made a list of "things to fix" which was submitted to the seller. A few months ago i got pre approved for a home loan. After experiencing a few relators who weren’t so helpful in finding homes I requested a tour of a house through the app. when that happens you are assigned a relator that they work with to show you the house. I ended up getting paired with Paola! We ended up talking about what i was looking for in a house ect.. We met up later in the following days to view a house, she had mentioned prior to meeting that she had a couple other houses she would like to show me that day as well. We saw a few houses and ended up putting our first bid in! In just a few weeks of working with paola we saw a number of houses and placed a couple different bids. We finally found a house and with Paola’s excellent communication skills we were able to come to an agreement with the sellers and purchase a house that met all of our wants and needs!
